Having a chronic health condition can make keeping up with work, health, and home life challenging. Workplace PATH is a 6-week workshop that teaches tools to better self-manage symptoms & help you find stamina and better balance to keep up with life’s demands. Workshops meet 1 hour twice a week for six weeks onsite at workplaces who agree to host a workshop. By attending a workshop you can:
